Chef Marcia Dunsmore leads the baking brigade having perfected classic recipes over a lifetime of trials. She is supported by her husband, David Dunsmore, and a crew of hard working family friends who will always greet you with a smile (and perhaps some small town gossip).
Marcia is a culinary artist inspired by the seasons and a bounty of local produce, so new creations rotate into the bakehouse offering on a regular basis. All ingredients are organic and carefully sourced. Breads are freshly baked and spreads are crafted with whimsy.
